By creating an account or using Searly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of service
Searly is a personal recipe management application that allows you to store, organise, and manage recipes. The service is provided as-is, subject to these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.
- Upload or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes third-party rights.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the service without permission.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the recipes and other content you create in Searly. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We will not use your content for any other purpose.
5. No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Account termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
